The American Chinese Sports Association is a non-profit, independent legal entity, mass sports organization in California, USA. It is an organization established through commercial fundraising and has been verified and approved by the California government.

The American Chinese Sports Association accepts donations from individuals, businesses, companies, and foundations in various forms to organize and carry out fitness activities for the Chinese community, unite various sectors of the California Chinese community, enhance sports and cultural exchanges and cooperation among Chinese people, jointly develop sports, actively promote and carry forward Chinese culture, enrich and enliven the sports and cultural life of Chinese Americans, promote the development of fitness activities for Chinese people, cultivate team spirit, improve the overall quality of Chinese people, and establish a healthy and positive new image for Chinese people.
The American Chinese Sports Association will provide relevant documentation to donors to facilitate verification by relevant government departments.
